Speaking and Workshops
Cathleen Peterson-Layne, PhD, MD, brings over 25 years of experience in academic anesthesiology and leadership with a commitment to the success and development of others. She recognizes that many successful professionals/leaders who desire to contribute and achieve more often struggle. In her field of healthcare, the struggles include uncertainty and mounting pressures around reimbursement, staff shortages, productivity pressures, and more, that impact the very core – culture.
Cathleen believes that knowledge, motivation, and hope are not enough to change culture. Thus, Cathleen demonstrates practical tools that leaders and team members can apply – immediately – such that they are empowered to create the work culture, the life they want to live.
